Steam link app and Android TV Issues (Xiaomi MiTV-MSSP1)

Hi, guys!
I have a problem with my Xiaomi 4S Smart Android TV). When I try to play - it's like a 5-7 seconds delay on TV screen. With my Xiami Redmi 8 everything works fine. Maybe somebody facing this issue too and can teach me how to fix it?

run a lan cable to the tv from the router

if using wifi, make sure wifi isolation is disabled in the routers wifi settings

make sure you can ping the tv ip directly from the host

Checked everything: cable and wi-fi connection types - still the same.
And yeah, I can ping TV directly from host.
