Steam Link App with Samsung Q70r : 4K and picture settings ?

Hi all !
I have a new Samsung q70r tv with Steam link. It works ok, but i have two problems.
- my 1080p laptop's screen remains on when i stream on the tv. Who can i turn it off it so that i can unlock 4k on the tv ? For now games like Ori or MGS5 are limited on 1080p.
- impossible while streaming to change any picture settings on the tv. How can I unlock them ? It may be the same problem as in the first question : i have to turn my laptop's screen off !
Any ideas ?

Thanks, I didn't know there was a forum for Samsung TV Users. The fact is with my PC plugged with HDMI, I can turn on 4k ingame on my TV. But not with Steam Link.
