Long version: Thanks a lot for the replies, sadly the HDMI Audio Extractor[www.amazon.com] that Xenophobe postet is only available in America which is not were I live. This means it has a hefty shipping price for me that increases the price to ~97$/ ~83€ a piece. Also the delivery would take some weeks.
After a some searching I think I found and purchased the EU version of it. It is called UNKNOWN BRANDNAME HDMI 4K2K Audio Extraktor LPCM 7.1 for 45$ / 38€. Since they change the UNKNOWN BRANDNAME you can identify it best by the pictures. Also you can setup analog 5.1 sound systems to these 7.1 boxes, all you have to do is put your three audio jacks in while leaving RL/RR empty. Here is an example[www.amazon.de] for that sold via Amazon under the name Rotronic ROLINE HDMI 4K2K Audio Extraktor LPCM 7.1 .
It was not that easy as the HDMI Audio Extractor[www.amazon.com] that Xenophobe postet looks pretty much like a noname device. I managed to find details about it here[www.ambery.com]. That helped to find the Europes equivalent of that splitter. :-)
