No Audio Driver Installed

When I was connecting my steam link to my PC I noticed there was no sound after playing for a little bit. My girlfriend then connected hers to her TV but got an audio driver pop up for her's on her computer. This was both of our first time on both computers when using a steam link. I tried resetting the steam link completely but that did not work due to still not getting a driver request on my steam account. Can anyone help me set up my steam link to receive audio?

I have also tried setting a new audio device to be my default in playbacks but that did not work either.

You can try either launching steam with the "-skipstreamingdrivers" command line option to have it use your current audio hardware, or manually install the audio drivers from the .inf files which are located in Steam\Drivers\Windows[version]\[architecture]\

I have windows 7 but I only see windows 8.1 and 10

I just set my system settings to beta and then it all fixed itself. Also the games to where I can't play with controllers through the link like the game Stick Fight, now allows me to play with a controller through the link. But thank you so much for taking the time to help me.
