Hope it helps

So, having a Samsung phone with DEX, I use on my TV the DEX sharing of the phone,
I installed SteamLink and it works very well. (it is more restrictive on the other hand because you have to have your phone in DEX mode nearby, but at least it is functional).

I posted a short demo of it running on my old LG tv a while back.

However, as the AppleTV box is limited to only 60Hz, but the TV can go to 144Hz, I’m getting quite a noticeable delay on the inputs there in comparison to what a natively installed Moonlight on the WebOS feels like, but then Moonlight doesn’t really like the FPS difference between the host and the client, and as a result, you are getting quite a lot of micro stuttering, which is something SteamLink does not have a problem with.
So the situation is as follows:
Moonlight is super responsive but it has major stuttering.
SteamLink is super smooth but it has a major input delays.
Currently, there is no good middle, or no best of both worlds for WebOS.
99% of tvs do not have fast enough network support for 4k streaming
link hardware is limited to 1080p and needs 30-40mb/s to do that
a pi or htpc or old laptop can do much better on a wired network than any tv app (including android)
