Steam Link with laptop keyboard?
Hello all, I'm trying to stream to the steam link (hooked up to a TV) using a laptop. I have a wireless mouse attached to the laptop. I would like to use the mouse along with the laptop's keyboard instead of a controller. Is this possible, or would I need to have a wired/wireless keyboard attached directly to the Link? Can I leave the mouse attached to the laptop, or do I need to have it directly input to the Link as well? Many thanks!!

It's your PC to run the game, SteamLink is "only" receiving inputs from it, so you can use your laptop the way you like (even if I don't understand why you want to play on your laptop but stream to TV with a Link - An HDMI cable would do the same thing).

yes, you can use the host pc as normal while streaming

if the laptop is capable of streaming its keyboard and mouse will work
