Is there possible to remote play without internet just use internet laptop wifi?

i only have iphone with ios 13 instaled with steam link app
and laptop with windows 10
is there any way to remote play directly to laptop wifi? because if i use my router, my internet connection too slow to keep up with streaming, thanks for answer

yes

remote play also uses inhome streaming

same steps, just make sure wifi isolation is disabled in the router settings
and you can ping the link or other device directly without going through the internet

you can do it without a router

but its bet to use one to share the internet with all devices

disable the phones mobile data so its forced to use wifi, and connect to the same router as the host pc
make sure you can ping the phone directly from the host

then connect, it will use wifi instead of mobile data/internet

or

turn on the phones hotspot, and connect the laptop to it
make sure you can ping the phone directly from the host
and connect

i already try it
1. when i turn off mobile data or airplane mode, mobile hostpot from iphone is disabled so my laptop cant connect to wifi

i still dont get it about this, you said this cant do without external router but it said to connect to same rounter as the host pc

First off, do you actually have a wifi router at home, or are you using your mobile hotspot for internet? You mention a router in your first post, but then talk about your mobile hotspot in your last. Which is it?

If you don't then the best option is probably to enable an ad hoc wireless network on your laptop and connect the phone to that.
