Steam link with hisense smart tv?

Hello, i would like to stream my steam games on my smart tv Hisense, but i don't find a way to do it, is it even possible? Thanks :)

If you have the hardware, yes. If you mean to download the app onto the tv itself, that likely depends on the model of your television. If you cannot find the app in the store, most likely not.

sadly i don't have the hardware :( i dont understand why did they stop selling it if the app cant do the same

You can build your own with a Raspberry Pi 3 ;) its relativly easy to do plus you can take it to a friend etc ^^

they stopped making new ones over a year ago
new ones are hard to find

used may be bricked, or not working (paperweight)

I just got a Hisense H8G and you can download the Steam Link app through the app store. I'm not sure if it's the wifi or the TV, but it's suuuper laggy and makes it unplayable. Anyone else have this issue?

I have the steam link, but I wanted to buy a Hisense tv for another room and was guessing aout this. You helped me a lot with this post, thank you.

No problem! Btw I realized it was just a really bad network connection causing the lag. I've since hooked the TV up to ethernet and can play remote play games seamlessly :)
