How to turn Big Picture off on Steam Link?
Keeps interferring with games I play. Need to have this disabled and use default controls for the games I play with my xbox one controller.

Should that help me use native controls and not Big Picture support?

not always

check steam -> settings -> controller
bpm mapping is for pbm and some games
desktop is for keyboard/mouse when not running games
guide button chord config is used when you hold the ps/xbox/steam button on the controller

also enable/disable steam overlay for specific games, that also changes how some games translate controller inputs from the link
