Parcel not handed over GLS?
"The parcel data was entered into the GLS system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS."

Can someone explain to me what does it mean? I bought it the 27th, now it's at this situation.

It should mean Valve has entered the data about shipping on GLS Systems, but GLS still hasn't picked up the parcel from Valve.

Oh i see... Considering the new year incoming, how much time do you think it will take to deliver?

It took more than a week to me and I had to call GLS because my address was not "complete". I don't know who the fault was, but it was missing my house number.

I bought mine on the 22nd. It shipped on the 28th and arrived on the 30th. From the intial tracking message "The parcel data was entered into the GLS system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS." it took a few hours until the pickup message "The parcel was handed over to GLS." (Delievery from Netherlands to Germany.)

Good luck! Although you should not expect delivery until next year ;)

yeah, i expect between the 2nd and 4th of the new year... it's still with the same message.

Hey i have the same problem when i was looking at my details it had the house number missing and i have been waiting for a month do u mind telling me the phone number?

Well, I'm not sure what number I called but I think it was a local one; the package was in my City but GLS didn't know how to deliver it to my house.
I can tell you, check the tracking number with GLS, see where the package is at this moment and then find the number of nearest GLS point.
