Multiple accounts?

Steam machines allow you to switch between users so you can keep all your achievements and playtime stats on your own account. Is this possible with the steam link? Multi user household and don't want to all play on one account.

The link only connects to the steam client that is currently running. You need to authorise the stream once on each account.
Only thing is you will need to switch between accounts on the pc prior to streaming.

Ah, that sucks. There really should be a better way of account switching in big picture or something.

Personally biggest flaw using Link is that it is impossible to boot straight to offline mode.

Same thing is changing user. It logs out from client and new user must be logged manually from host pc.

Using offline mode is of course possible but again it must be done manually.

I use unified remote to switch accounts, bypass any UAC issues and start steam if it is not running.
Oh and it doubles as a great virtual keyboard and mouse for ingame chat and such.
