Roccat Sova Lapboard & Steam Link
Hi guys - does anyone know if the Steam Link supports the Roccat Sova Lapboard? I picked a Steam Link up with the Sova as part of a bundle but the keyboard backlights just flash, and it doesnt respond in games. Any mouse plugged into the Sova works fine, and obvs since the lights are flashing there's power there, it appears to be the Steam Link not recognizing the Keyboard?

I have both, I'm currently using the SOVA/KOVA combo to play World of Tanks from bed via the Steam Link. it appears to work fine, except:

when anything that activates UAC takes desktop focus, it's useless. because of this I can't ever configure the lapboard's lights or the mouse's lights, since swarm seems to be a windows 10 UAC validated app. It'll let me move the mouse etc, but clicking doesnt do anything, and I can't tab away from the active pane.

i've also ordered a set of kingston hyperX usb headphones to use with the combo, I'll report back on how that works.

Performance in game is awesome, though I need the option to set the brightness and turn off the pulsing of the keyboard lights on the SOVA.

it appears USB anywhere is not quite there yet.

I managed to get around this by installing the latest version of Swarm from the Roccat site on my PC and plugging the Sova in - Swarm then installed a firmware update which has now solved the issue of the keyboard being detected.

As for the lights - plug in your Sova to your PC and have Swarm running. Then go to the Lighting setup tab - for some reason the Sova's default setup is the "Breathing" effect, which is the pulsing lights. Change this to "Always Lit" and save it. You should now have solid lights when you plug it in to the Link :-)
