"Unifying" wireless keyboard/mouse in steam link
I have a logitech k360 keyboard and m705 mouse sharing a unifying receiver and plugged into the Steam Link directly. Seems to be working fine, except that Setpoint doesn't seem to see the mouse and keyboard for configuration options. Any one run into this? I think I could plug the receiver directly in to the PC instead, but then I'd have to use the Steam Controller to initiate the connection to the PC before I can use them. Anyone have any experience or suggestions with this?

The Link can't "understand" software running on your PC.

You must use Virtualhere to get it working

To expand on what was said, keyboards and mice plugged into the Link are treated as completely generic keyboards and mice when passed through to your computer. SetPoint can't "see" through the Link to the actual hardware you might have attached.

VirtualHere changes this behaviour from passing generic inputs to passing the USB connection itself, to mimic that exact piece of hardware being plugged into your PC, rather than just sending generic keystrokes/movements.

Thanks, that all makes sense. Disappointing that this should be included Link functionality not requiring a third-party paid piece of software - but that's a different thread. Thanks again for the help, all!
