Dolphin Emulator Bug Fix

So if your shader cache is too large the dolphin ui will stay active to long during loading of a game and steam link will use DWM mode instead of the proper streaming engine. This will limit you to 30 fps and stutters.

Workaround fix: Empty out your cache folder in /user/dolphin emulator/cache

If slouken could fix this in a new Steam Link build that would be great.
