Prevent automatic update of firmware

Because I faced some problems with the new firmware of the SL (610), I want to roll back to Version 606. I could do this without problems. But after restart, the SL updates automatically to 610. Only workaround was to disable internet access to the SL in the router properties. This lead to some error warnings at the SL at startup (he "want" internet access).

Is there a way to prevent auto updates without cut of the Internet connection?
