There is a new restriction in Russia that is causing connection issues in many games right now - some IPs are now being blocked which is preventing the game from connecting to the Photon servers. For some it has helped to use a VPN, this guide has also worked for others.

We've also seen some players mention that only some ISPs have this problem, so you could try reaching out to your internet provider and see if they have more info on this.

Photon is possibly having some issues at the moment, but for now you can try these troubleshooting steps and see if it helps:

• Exclude the game in your antivirus
  
• Verify your game files in Steam: Right-click on Peak in your Steam Library > Properties > Installed files > Verify integrity of game files
  
• Try shutting down any other programs while playing, something might be interfering with the game in some way
  
• Also take a look at https://landfall.se/troubleshooting for potential fixes

Run the game as an admin:

1. Right-click on Peak in your Steam Library > Manage > Browse local files
   
2. Right-click on “Peak” and select Properties
   
3. Select the Compatibility tab
   
4. Check “Run this program as administrator” and click OK

мы уже смогли подключиться, вот только что играли

я запрет стандартный на профиле ALT2 юзал, мой друг тоже

щас проблема с вылетом. На тропиках один из пати дропается сразу, у него амд видюха, у нас двоих нвидиа

We are working to find a fix for the crash that happens when reaching the Tropics. They can try playing on DX12 and limiting the FPS to their monitor's refresh rate - it has fixed the issue for others.

можешь объяснить что за запрет алт2? сейчас у друга не получается подрубиться, хз почему
