Dwindling Resources - When off planet

I thought I was crazy at first - every time I return to a world where I had started productions of mines those mines were already empty when I returned. Seems to be if I start production of a mine and leave the work before it completes when I come back the deposit is empty. At first I thought I just choose small deposits.

But it keeps occurring so I tested with a store mine - built it on an area with 4k stone. I had 3840 in storage already and I left my main world before it started construction. Left the world for 20 minutes came back the mine is empty and my stone is less then 3800 in stock. Where did all the store go?

This didn't only occur with stone but it's the only resources I didn't mind losing to test this.

Moving between planets really screws up the resource gathering somehow. I've noticed too that mines/oil jacks turn empty faster than they should & resources aren't added to stockpiles.

Also there's a bug that might be part of the same issue; when returning to home to keep finding more resources - at some point the materials stop appearing. The nodes keep draining, the material isn't at the mine/oil jack but it also doesn't appear in any stockpile. I've had like 50/min income, 10/min used by buildings and while sitting doing nothing and even letting game run on 2x speed for half an hour, none of the material gets to the stockpile -> refineries halt because they don't get the materials either.
