When do roads upgrade?

They become modern roads once you research 'Garage' in the Modern Age.

They become Space Roads once you research 'Anti-Grav' in the Space Age.

Ah ok its the modern garage which unlocks modern roads! they should move that back a bit cause it looks strange same as those saloons which are still stone age until your almost at space age! But thanks man!
