Tidal Wave

Not sure if it's already in the game... and every time I play a new world, there doesn't seem to be enough of a "sea" for me to launch a tidal wave if I had one... but I would really like to see it as part of my abilities.

One of my followers was upset that I didn't heal his friend... and I dunno... it just struck a core at me as I thought, you ungrateful piece of shi* I just built you an entire city, brought you wood, stone and food... protected you from animal attacks and even a damn tornado... and you DARE?!

He lived by the sea... and instantly I thought.. Tidal Wave that little twit!... but there is no ability (at least for me) so I sent a meteor strike to decimate him and his home.

Either way... I'd like to be able to "flood" lands too, by causing constant rain on a nearby lake... that eventually grows so out of control, it floods the neighbouring area.
