It was removed from the game a few years ago.

You can get unlimited CP if you unlock it on the start screen.

Lame, this was one of the saving features of this game. Without sandbox, there's no point in playing this game anymore.

Unfortunately, it took too much time to keep up. With only a small dev team, keeping it would have added a couple more years onto the development cycle. We will probably add more creator mode like options back to the game over time.
