When I bought the game, they offered me to install it on steam or with the launcher. I chose steam, but I can not play it. Why ?

You are able to play, you will need to download the launcher from the Crytivo Store. When The Universim moves into Early Access, then you can use Steam

We had a recent update to the Store and a bug was found. It should be resolved within 12 hours. Or you can use Live Chat on our store and we can help you from there.
