also giving the life sustaining planets a moon will add to the fact that in order to test space travel tech they would have to test their reach on the moon or starting a base somewhere else would also require a moon to add to the realism of technological advancements
they said when the steam release was announced that we will get a key, when we got the package to get into alpha they told us we would have access to - alpha, beta, and full game
and we can redownload through steam if we choose, the standalone launcher should get an update as well
due to the scope of the game and the small size of the dev team I cant imagine that large updates will be rolled out, they will release their roadmaps in stages along with any needed bug fixes
for example (Exile nuggets) will be rolled out followed by the (voting system)
I do ask you to keep in mind that they are a small team and updates for this game require huge amounts of bug testing along with making sure that "Seed" (the AI) work with the updates, so be patient with them
they will also most likely have major updates now and then, as other games do, just to keep things interesting
creative mode should enable this if you choose as in this mode you will be able to set difficulty for yourself, but be patient with the devs as they have yet to release these "Destruction events"
I don't think they've worked much on wars or combat yet, but I could be wrong. They're trying to be careful not to make that a focus, as this is more of a citybuilder/god game than RTS
