Yeah the game has some things that i assume will be "fixed" at some point. The devs it seems are more focused on moving forward than fixing existing issues to me so just wait is there motto.

Uneducated nuggets in hospitals, can cause plagues.. and there seems to currently be a UI bug where transmitted plague sickness is showing as lake sickness..

Best bet is to open your pop list, sort it by health, and use it to heal all the nuggets with sickness icons blinking on their health

Hmm.. longer term solution, but not without a few death, is to build 4-5 hospitals, and a have a farm making herbs to keep 'em stocked.. O' course there's a risk of uneducated nuggets causing issues there too... so have a good amount of schools built also

Even University educated can spread diseases in Farms, Hospitals and Universities. Also, the nuggets that spread infection don't show to be infected in the Nugget Panel, so you can't prevent it.

I was fortunate enough to have an autosave a couple minutes before an infection spread. I reloaded and followed the infecting nugget all day. He never got infected, never showed to be infected in the Nugget List, and never even went to the building he infected. Definitely seems like a bug.

The fact that it spams "nugget infected from bad water" is double BS. Nobody drank water in the first place, and certainly none of those hit by the spread drank water. They should remove that message spam when an infection spreads.

Now in 2022, there is a research Boiling Water upgrade that minimizes or eliminates nuggets getting infected by water.
