How to beat "Make Swarelia Great Again" Scenario?
Title says it all i've tried for hours and i still only manage to get about 2 years into it before i start getting -1000k and i ultimately get bankrupted.

I barely manage to get the first invention and i totally remove funding for all services. I also raise taxes quite a bit which doesn't help much.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
