Grayed-out Map Points

I have completed the game and achieved 100%, but the hub maps still shows some grayed-out map points. I have one active map point in each of the first three maps, but no active map point in the Jurassic World map. Is anyone else experiencing a similar situation?

you have to visit each map point, and use them to activate them - this isnt a glitch.
