So this fix doesn't work for all Lego games...
Did you ever get it working? Just got the game and it's cut in half, tried messing with the settings file and setting to default resolution but no luck.
I figured out how to get it working, at least on a MacBook Pro with a dedicated GPU (not sure if the same setting applies for integrated GPUs only). Open up "System Preferences", go to "Energy Saver", and uncheck the box that says "Automatic graphics switching".
I spent quite some time fiddling with the screen, window, position, and aspect ratio values in PCCONFIG.txt, but none of them entirely fixed the issue (or even made it playable).
I would figure the game launches using the integrated card, and then either gets stuck switching to the dedicated, or maybe the integrated just plain can't run it. Not sure, but it works great now!
