green vents? blue diamond pannels?

Does any one know what these are for or what can go in them? i can not figure it out. Also the blue diamond pannels. I dont know what else to call them, but it looks like it is a target. Can't figure it out. Help please :)

To activate the blue diamond panels you need someone with a non-lethal shock rifle. The earliest one you can get is Barry from the first level of Jurassic World. Just beat the level to unlock him.

The green vents require the Compsognathus. To unlock you need to find the piece of amber in the Ingin Arrival level in the Lost World.
