Here's the sequence of events as it should be;

1. Destroy the blue crates and build the feeding platform.

2. Hunt the revealed 'panel' piece to the stock-yard, build console, and open gate.

3. Power the vehicle to release the cow.

4. Ride the cow onto the feeding platform which turns into a cage. Cut-scene, which ends with the warning horn knocking the crane-driver off.

5. Shoot the target to knock down the cranes ladder.

6. Get in the crane and pick up the feeding cage, move the cage over the top of the raptor enclosure which should end the level with a cut-scene of the feeding etc.

If any of the above doesn't work I suggest you search through the discussions (p9 'level issues', p10 'problem solved' and p17 'raptor enclosure glitch' currently) as some of the issues with this level are gone over with some advice as to solutions.

I move the Cage over the top of raptor and nothing...

Try setting all your Video and Effects to their minimum/off level, and switch off any Extras you may have. This is my default for getting through glitches in the Lego games, you can change back to your prefered settings after.

Other people have had a problem with DX11 and have had to change to DX9, but then have to restart the entire game as the save-file is corrupted by the change. Both these have worked for others on this scene. I only have DX9 so I don't know about that one.

Another solution to a chapter which glitched on the cut-scene with the car falling out of the tree was to Alt-tab just as the cut-scene was activating, taking you to your desktop, then re-enter the minimized game after a few seconds. This seemed to allow the scene to continue.

Other than that, I suggest you might find something by searching outside of the steam forum/community, put it on your browser on the internet and see what comes up.
