Mosasaurus Arena Photo-spot BUG

After activating the photo-spot at the Mosasaurus Arena, the cutscene does not play - instead, the hanging shark disappears instantly and gives me a purple stud.

I've tried different characters as well as changing the time of day - without success.

The fast travel to the Mosasaurus Arena states that I've got 0/1 photographs there...

Ideas/tips?

A purple stud means the game thinks you have already completed the task. I don't think there is a fix to refresh achievements apart from a restart. My standard goto solution for Lego glitches is to change Video and Effects to their lowest/off settings and to switch off all Extras, but I'm doubtful that even that would solve your problem. You might just have to start again if you want a 100% game :(

Simply tried it once again, this time with lowered graphic settings - and it worked!

Try restarting the game. It helped me in my situation. Better restart once more after you get the photo, the game behaves weirdly after that, at least it was for me
