Report a translation problem
Start by reducing all effects and graphics to the lowest/off settings, and if you've got any Extras switched on, turn them off till you get through the problem, then you can change things back to your preferred settings.
Those are often enough, but if that doesn't solve it, you could try playing in compatability mode.
As a last resort, if you are playing in DX11, change to DX9. But this will corrupt your saved games and you will have to overwrite and start again.
