Where's my instruments?

Coming back to this after a while and on a new computer. I can't find instruments apart from SI-Bass Guitar, etc.

I'm not sure if I'm looking in the wrong place but cakewalk sound center is completely empty, no dlc, nothing but empty categories.

Should I just try and reinstall it?
