FAQ: Cakewalk's STEAM Plugin Manager

The Cakewalk's STEAM Plugin Manger was developed to help users better manage their STEAM purchased Cakewalk Plug-ins.

It is launched after initial install, if you press the Cakewalk Sound Center launch button.

• Users who install to the same STEAM Library as other Cakewalk Apps DO NOT need to use it.
  
• The manager creates a hard link to a system wide or specific user defined VST folder.
  
• This allows all Cakewalk content to stay within the STEAM managed directory. Allowing easier and quicker updates.
