Not all DLC showing up

It says everything is installed, but none of the cakewalk expansions I've purchased are showing when I start up sonar and insert a soft synth track. I have the basic stuff, but none of the urban stuff, video game sounds, none of it is showing up. Any ideas?

Few things.

1. The types aren't the best organized, but a user created a helpful guide on where they show up and under what categories: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=277324522

2. Did you ever install Cakewalk Sound Center prior? Some users have been with us a while and we've changed the way it's distributed, so sometimes a clean install to re-write proper install paths is needed.

3. Are you having any 'missing sample' messages when loading other factory patches?
