How do I register this software? Links are Dead

I can't use this software, the links to register it to unlock it are dead.

"Cakewalk by BandLab is free," according to BandLab's website, and here's the download link: https://www.bandlab.com/products/cakewalk . I'm not sure what this means for Cakewalk-on-Steam owners, but I'm about to rebuild my system, so here's hoping I'm not about to lose some expensive software.

Any updates on this? Also rebuilding and about to get into making new music, trying to figure out what resources are still available to me from my Steam apps. :(

I just launched Cakewalk Sound Center (Music Creator 6 Touch) for the first time since rebuilding my computer. It hasn't prompted me for any license info, and when I view "About" info, it states "Licensed to: Steam User".

Now, I did reuse the same old secondary harddrive that I had this installed on prior to rebuilding my system, so Steam did the "discovering existing files" thing and 3rd-party drivers installation, but generally, in this day and age, license information isn't stored in the installation directory, so I'm guessing it just used the (refreshed) Steam customer licensing.
