Has anyone got a complete rebel ending?

I've looked all over the internet to find anything regarding a all rebel districts ending, but I've found nothing. So, has anyone achieved this yet and whats it like?

The problem is your suspicion skyrockets as you rebel the North and West. As far as I can tell, you want to focus completley on those, and you end up converting the East and South just as periphials.

Ive actually gotten pretty close, I went into week nine with the west and north at nearly rebellious, it was then that my store got shut down. The next time I go at it Im not going to be as regressively rebellious, and not focus on the east and south as much.

Yeah, I've never been able to get the northern district anywhere near rebel. Got it down from maximum loyalist for a slightly different ending... but I can't seem to really get them going.

I did manage to get North to "rebel" but just barely vandalism, propaganda etc. No rioting though. Hit last week just as suspicion maxed -1.

Don't always pick the most anti-government articles and titles. Make sure you do Celebrity and factory related stories and market the north 60+ for the whole game.

North is usually almost impossible to convert to the rebels unless you focus on them for basically every turn. I always found it more useful to just use the North as a sort of "lower suspicion" method: put out a bunch of pro-government articles and then send them all into the north, decreasing suspicion and letting me put out more pro-rebel material the next turn in the other three districts.

So If anyone is still interested, I found a strategy that works to get the Northern Anarchy achievement (Full rebellion in the North). However by doing this East and South rebel as well but not West (just protest). I made a guide about it if anyone wants to try (feel free to tell me if it works for you).
