Game won't load

Just installed the game and clicked play but nothing happens. It comes up saying syncing for about three seconds then disappears but the game doesn't load.
Any suggestions?

It hasn't been working for many users for over a month. The devs said they were working on patch, but that was awhile ago. Hopefully they start offering refunds, since there doesn't seem to be any kind of fix at present.

We're working on a patch which will hopefully make it more stable for the users that have been having problems. It has taken a bit of time to create this patch, I'm sorry for that, but it is on the way.
