Graphics Overlaid

I know this probably won't get a response, but when I choose what articles go in the paper, the "Celebrity/Industrial/etc" paper is on top of the newspaper. Also, when I move to marketing, the 4 districts are almost all covering each other. I can still move the sliders for each one, but it's really messy and not how I know the game looks. Any ideas?
