It is. And is pretty mysterious. If you can email your saga (to bugz AT a-sharp DOT com) with subject "case 10563" it might give a clue.

i dont know where to find my saga and i don't remember if its my previous playtrough sorry :(

You probably run Windows and I don’t know where the file would be either. Ah well. This certainly seems to be a rare bug.

Just in case you still have it, on windows, it should be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\King of Dragon Pass (or you can right click the game in your Steam library, select "Properties", go to "Local Files" tab, click "Browse Local Files"). saga.txt is what you're looking for.

Found the reasen (high probably)
i just tried to alt+f4 game when i disliked the consequenses of the battle choices (try to be a hero etc) so trying to replaying the same battle and the same event causes the bug.
Hoping i was helpful...

So alt+F4 in the middle of heroic combat causes “No Scene Text?” I haven’t looked into that but it does seem very plausible. This is clearly not the normal flow of the game…
