Looks like the game title was changed from Jazz (Trump's Journey) to Spirit Of War.

What happened to this game? "Jazz" was greenlit but is nowhere to be found here on Steam...

Clearly not just the title. Getting one game greenlit, then substituting a different game seems like an abuse of the greenlight process to me.
