Also, people suck.
The devs thinking about adding some kind of multiplayer but I have to agree that it will be hard with the gameplay to implement a fun multiplayer part.
I don't know how it would work to play against others players. I think you need a flat symetric island where everybody starts at one end and you have to defeat the other player. That might work but without Hills.
Another way could be to add dwarves as a playable race and one player plays dwarves and has to stop the other player from reaching the portal. But this will be hard to balance.
But I like the idea of a coop mode, where 2 players play together on the same island and have to reach the portal together. That's maybe the easiest way to add a multiplayer, you just need a very broad map because both players need some space to build up. But on big maps this could work, as bigger as the maps get as harder it is to reach the portal.
