anyone know a site to download usermaps for northland, i love the game, but i want more freeplay maps, if anyone can help me i ll give a thanks in advance :)

Check this tutorial for 8th Wonder:

Most 8th Wonder maps should work for Northland as well. In some very few cases they may be some problems with missing buildings, but that should be just trial and error to see which ones work.

its not true they have like 80 mpas in eng, thanks my friend :)

Yeah, you can set the search language to English and get the English maps. :) I think that's mentioned in the tutorial as well.

I've created myself my own user map, but when i play it in game my text for the mission and goals don't show up, how do I fix that?

@Roc: if I remember correctly, for the text to show up you have to export the map. You can find this option in the top-left corner under 'File'. Good luck!
