Kill a FOX?

ok so I have made a deadfall trap, i have mad a Snare, I have killed enough rabbits to make a blanket but I CAN NOT for the life of me Catch or Kill a Fox!! You need a fox for the bow, I have like 5 arrows already and still need that bow...

i have killed a fox with a snare trap, i think the trap only work if the fox didn't run into it

use the rabbit meat in the dead fall trap. sometimes the fox will take the meat. but most of the time the foxes get caught in a dead fall trap with using rabbit meat for bait

Foxes just aren't showing up anymore for me :( I want to make a fox hat before advancing to a new area D:

Either use a deadfall like asyahensley699 said or use a cheap bow make out of 4 sticks and 5 rope (I think). Foxes also are most prominent in Fall according to the wiki.
