They exists as actual costumes within the game, and can be found in hidden chests in the areas I indicated. Those hidden chests need to be found with items shift off. Unfortuantely, I can;t be more specific than that, as the location of the hidden chests change semi randomly on each visit; I recommend investing in Laplace's Eye plan if you want to look for it.
