Change Dungeon- Septent Resort
I've been told that it's in the LAN Castle Depths as a hidden treasure, but I haven't found it yet. Can anyone confirm that's where it's found? And that I am having the worst luck ever right now?

Is that a separate area like Virtua Forest Depths? Because I'm not finding it where I think I should.

It's a different area, as in it appears as a separate area on the world map. It may take a few tries opening hidden chests to get the plan, though. Not 100% by any means.
