Is the semicolon necessary in the title?
Just curious.

Semicolon confirmed

it's an incorrect usage of a semicolon but the game is Japanese and i've played enough Japanese games (in both untranslated and translated formats) to know that a lot of uhm, naming choices, written foreign words, grammar, semantics and so on are simply chosen using the idea of "Does this make the title look kinda クール or what?!" -- and well... alternately, they just use they Cylon method for naming anything...:Aste_Fio:

also, i am sure Japan isn't the only media industry guilty of this... but since i'm just a huge weab and a linguistics nerd (oh god WHAT DID I DO in a previous life to deserve this :argh:) i'm predisposed to noticing this kind of thing, and since i play many Japanese games, i think they're especially guilty :iffy::zzzzz:

oh by the way, for the all none of you who care: the correct usage of a semicolon is when both the part of the phrase prior to the semicolon and the part following it could stand alone as separate phrases and still make sense. if you ever want to avoid using words like "AND" or "BUT" you can often replace them with a semicolon; context pending as your mileage may vary...:RbLog:
