How do you recruit the CPUs? (Blanc Vert and Noire)

I read on multiple websites you need to get the shares for each nation outside of Planeptune to 50% or more. I have Lowee's shares atm at 51%, i've just started Chapter 5 and there's nothing there as in there's no event. Do you unlock them later on in the chapter or am i missing something?

Complete the Graveyard event then they will be recruitable, if you meet the share requirement just go to their cities and they join automatically

After the story mission where you rescue them, they all return to their nations "to rest", basically story wise getting their shares up heals them and they then join you.

When I did it I got Neptune and Noire straight away, turning in a few events got me Vert, but I only got Blanc after getting the Colloseum, because there's few events that boost Lowee.

I want to know how I'm meant to get the Oracles, I got the shares up to 75% and no one joined me, so went and finished the game and got Normal End.

Also coupled groups lily rank never changed so I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

I read that once you reach at least 50% for each nation you receive a plan for them THEN you have to reach 75% and you need an item to craft the plan and they should join then.

You don't need them though for the Conquest Ending so i'm not going to bother with them, far FAR too much hastle and whoever thought up this garbage needs to be hung tbh, it just utterly ruins the players enjoyment of the game as far as i'm concerned.

If you raise shares to 50 in Chapter 6 then you get the plan for the appropriate Oracle. Raising the shares to 75% and having the crafting materials to complete the plan will allow you to recruit them. I believe that only the True End and Holy Sword path will get you to Chapter 6, though I'm not certain about that. Check a guide, there are plenty XD

75% needs to be done in chapter 6 for a non Holy Sword/Conquest run, all endings allow you to get to chapter 6 except the 2 formerly mentioned

Get to 50% first and Ms Manual will be in the chirper under the appropriate city. She gives a plan that will allow you to recruit the Oracle which requirements 75% in that city's shares

Note Kei is not recruitable until you do at least 1 True End run as the item required for her can only be obtained on the True End. The rest are recruitable without a True End run

Oracles join automatically once they are recruited every play through regardless of share % unless you do those 2 endings mentioned earlier

Did not mention Oracles are required for endings anywhere. Perhaps my phrasing should have been better

Ahh my bad and thanks for clearing that up i know this has been causing a lot of confusion for people lately.

If I'm not mistaken, the exact point you can start recruiting the CPUs is right after the hopeless boss fight against Magic in the graveyard, after which Neptune automatically joins your party.
