How do I get the Maker ending? *spoilers*

Maker ending = human ending, right?

the guide says
* Recruit and have a Lily rank of 5 or more with all of the Makers
* Shares for all Nations must be below 70%
* The Makers must be in the party
* Clear Chapter 6 in the above state

I think got all of them, after the ones that join normally I got CyberConnect2, MarvelousAQL and Tekken as well.
I got 5 or higher Lily Rank with each of them and beat the final boss with them and Cave in the party.

Shares are Planeptune 25
Leanbox 47
Lastation 0
Lowee 25
Arfoire 3

Shouldn't I ttoally get the Makter ending with this? Instead I got the normal ending again.

Hm. Though that is not mentioned anywhere I looked so far, but is it possible that the problem is with Lastation being at 0? I did nothing special (just like the guide says) but had the four countries above 0 (don't remember, what I had for Arfore though).

I did mine today. Lily rank of Nepgear with all makers needs to be at least 5. Makers do not have to be in the played party, just recruited and available to play as. Make sure no nation has over 70% shares (which in combination with lily rank high enough would trigger a nation's end), but as /dev/Null > skydart said, it might as well be because you have Lastation at 0, so try doing few Afroire->Lastation quests and get some shares for Lastation too.
But try not to get all the nations over 15% (just keep one under 15%) if you have recruited all CPU's (Neptune, Vert, Noire and Blanc) and have lily rank with them over 4, as that might trigger the True End.

The only thing I can think of is you may have missed Falcom. I was ignoring chirpers on my Holy Sword run and got Conquest like half a dozen times before I figured out it was her recruitment chapter and not one of the scenes she just talks with Nepgear. Didn't even realize that she was missable until then.
