where do i find materials for unlocking Kei and Chika?
got the plans, i don't have materials...

The Electric Switch for Kei is dropped by the Cat Knight in LAN Castle - Underground with the Add Enemies Plan on. Must have been on True Ending path at least once for the Add Enemies Plan.

The Small Whale Ball for Chika is dropped by the Saint Whale in Gapain Field with the Change Dungeon Plan active. (That plan is Treasure in LAN Castle and requires materials from LAN Castle (normal) and Underverse (Change Dungeon). Kinda a chain of Change Dungeon materials needed for this one.)
