Where's Tekken

I heard there's a character called tekken that's suppose to be dlc for this game but i don't see her anywhere is she ps vita exclusive or what?

She's not a DLC character, she's in the base game, but must be unlocked first.
During Chapter 5, if you raise Leanbox's shares to 30%, you'll get a Chirper event from her.
After seeing that Chirper event, she'll be added to your team.

I see thanks for telling me, cause i'm on chapter 5 right now and i'm sort freaking out, cause i didn't know when or where this character was gonna show up. Well that actually confirms my theory that there are bonuses for raising the shares.

Yes, indeed there're bonuses for raising shares. For every nation you can unlock:

• an extra maker at 30% (except Planeptune)
  
• the CPU at 50% (again, except Planeptune)
  
• a plan to unlock the Oracle at 50% (you need 75% to craft them)

Nations' shares (as well as Lily Ranks) also influence the ending you could get.
If you want to get a particular one, this is the right moment to start planning, as the route gets locked after defeating the final Chapter 5 boss.
