Report a translation problem
It seems Radeon is the common link here, I'll let you know if I find anything that works.
I fixed the problem by downloading and installing the Radeon 17.7.2 drivers.
It appears the issue is with the Radeon 17.8.2 drivers, so if you're using those, go here (http://support.amd.com/en-us/download) and download and install the 17.7.2 drivers
Oh, I see. So the radeon software is the problem. I'm using 17.8.1, I reverted to 17.7.2 and now it works fine. Thank you so much!

This worked for me. Specifically, the updated advice to copy over the atioglxx.dll from the old 17.7 driver into the current version worked.
Awesome! Curious, which card do you have? The biggest event that happened with the introduction of 17.8.1 was the introduction of RX Vega support.
As it stands, I have two confirmations from RX Vega users that this works, so I can definitively say it's not the hardware needing wonky rewrites of the driver to the point where OpenGL is broken. As such, I have made AMD aware of this, basically saying, "Fix yer damned drivers!"
